This is my first from Pomona; but I did buy two others in my haul from House of Cans because Pomona looks and sounds interesting and seems accomplished for their young age (not a decade old.) Their website could be developed more, but that will come in time; particularly as they try to sell more through their website... especially if their brews deserve the larger market that they seem to deserve.
I'll Even Kiss A Sunset Pig (a great name referencing Joni Mitchell's exuberance in the early 1970s), doesn't Look much above the average of this pretty and foamy style. But Smells are better, reminding me of fruit punch. Tastes are well-balanced and don't let the bitter hops dominate the finish, as is common in the style. But in my mouth, this is slightly slight of medium-mouthed. I'd have this again, if only for the can's label.

We love reviews (150 characters or more)! Check out: How to Review a Beer. You don't need to get fancy. Drop some thoughts on the beer's attributes (look, smell, taste, feel) plus your overall impression. Something that backs up your rating and helps others. Thanks!
