Nice job, Students !
Of course, I had this with half a package of digestives with milk chocolate... so there may be a bit of grade inflation here.
Your Vanilla Milk Stout has good Looks (and it is not about just youth.) A rich head that goes away so I can enjoy your stout.
Smells are right, telling me I have a malt beverage flavored more with dark roasted malts than hops.
Tastes are balanced, but not too intriguing (and ask your professor about how to change that up just a bit.)
Mouthfeel is as it should be: soft, a bit silky and just enough bubbles to clear the way for another digestive and its chocolate. Well done !
I just went on their website and am impressed by their ingenuity and commitment to developing more sustainable practices. (Partnering with the Engineering School for experimentation.) They have now been at it for 5 years and .... These kids give us hope for the future !

We love reviews (150 characters or more)! Check out: How to Review a Beer. You don't need to get fancy. Drop some thoughts on the beer's attributes (look, smell, taste, feel) plus your overall impression. Something that backs up your rating and helps others. Thanks!
