look: 4.25 | smell: 3.75 | taste: 4 | feel: 4 | overall: 4.25
Appearance: An entire opaque dirty blonde body that is so cloudy that carbonation cannot be gleaned from it. Produces a single finger of head that produced decent lacing but sadly didn't stick around past the 1/3rd mark.

Smell: Grapefruit hops dominate the nose, with some biscuit malt in the background. It's not exactly a large, diverse palate. Anyways, the potency is there and it didn't need any warming, but it's very one note.

Taste: Biscuit malt with mild grapefruit notes that build to a bitter end with a slight mineral note. It's incredibly simple, and that's the appeal here. It's remarkably clean and and straight to the point. Also it stays in Pale ale territory, where I find a lot now a days jump into IPA territory.

Mouthfeel: The transitioning is solid, but it's not much of a journey and the carbonation does help out the entire beer, the aftertaste as that slight touch of dryness that keeps you drinking. It has a slight grapefruit hop aftertaste, but it's still fairly clean.

Drinkability: That dry note really makes this stuff go down quick, and it's so clean that it you just keep returning to the well. The beer it between light and medium body, and I'd say the only issue is my stomach seems to be feeling the bitterness after the whole beer is consumed.

Final Thoughts: So this is a beer that is painfully simple, but simply well done. This exactly what I am looking for when a brewery has a beer in it's core lineup. No bells and whistles, nothing off the wall, just this is a grapefuit hop focused pale ale, made well. It's not going to blow your socks off, but it's going to be something that yes, you want to keep returning to the well to have.
