Pours a clouded amber color with a medium sized head.
Smells of ripe, jammy raspberries among a lighter wheat and straw foundation - pretty simple but effective.
Has an overcarbonated body, which is just too thin and unbalanced to convince.
Tastes of slightly spicy, pillowy, soothing yeast, which gets washed away by the beer‘s overly high carbonation and light, tart fruitiness. Has an utmost mineralic middle part, with a light, prevailing berry presence. Finishes with a little more wheat cutting through, a prevailing fruit tartness and a slightly metallic, high carbonation.
Not too well balanced, this relies heavily on the raspberries, which works fine on the nose, but lacks complexity tastewise.
