If you're looking for sour, you've found it right here. Berliner's always have a nice tartness to them naturally but when you make one using tamarind, which already has sort of spicy tartness to it, you're taking a one way trip to Pucker City, USA. Dont get me wrong, it's tasty but you'll want to have a lager or a glass of water nearby to bring your salivary glands back to life.
