From the 12 oz bottle in a snifter from the brewery bought while hanging out with
Bluejacket74. This solid braggot pours a nice chill hazed golden with a very nice head
of white foam that settles to a thick ring, thick layer, and shows some excellent lacing.
Nose of herbal honey, floral hops, and light cracker with a touch of biscuit. Flavors
surpass the nose with honey, light biscuit, floral hops, subtle lemon zest, and a touch of
grassy hops. Nice mouth feel; medium light, smooth, light subtly prickly carbonation, and
a lightly dry finish that is lightly sweet on the finish.
Overall---solid for the style!
Cheers

12 ounce bottle, bottled on 7/26/21. Thanks to Brutaltruth for this one, he bought this one for me when we were at the brewery a while back! Served in a Bengals pint glass, the beer pours a somewhat hazy gold color with about a couple inch off-white head that stayed around a while. Lots of lacing, too. Aroma is nice, the brew smells like honey, bready malt and some floral hops. For the most part I think the taste is similar to the aroma, but there's also some earthiness and a lemony/citrus flavor noticeable too. Does lean more sweeter tasting but not too sweet. Mouthfeel/body is light/medium, it's a bit slick and easy to drink with a high amount of soft carbonation. Wish the carb was lower, but that's a minor issue. Overall I liked this brew, worth trying if you come across some!
