A: Pours a light hazy orange color. With a two finger white head that forms, excellent retention and lace left behind.
S: Berry and peach fruits up front. Baked bread like malts balance it out. Fairly simple but I enjoy that.
T: Like the nose, berry and peach flavors going on up front. The fruit flavors don't take over too much, as a great bready character and enough sweetness balances. Then a nice bitterness lingers to bring everything together.
M/O: A full body with moderate carbonation. Not too sticky, but has enough chewiness. Becomes ultra smooth as this breaths. A really enjoyable IPA to sip on at the brewery.
Yeah, this is a good one. My score might actually be a bit low. Will for sure have it again, and up it a bit if I feel it necessary. Kind of an old school "East Coast DIPA" but with a bit more modern hop bite. I like it.
