A: Pours a muddled reddish/brown color. A two finger white head forms with good retention and lace.
S: An almost nondescript and neutral aroma. Some base cereal like malts, thats about it.
T: Bread, light toasted malts, cereal grains and sweetness. Just a touch of earthy bitterness lingers at the very end.
M/O: A medium body with moderate carbonation. Just kind of there. OK to drink. Something I don't have to think very much about.

Another American example of an Irish Red that just seems to fall a little flat. I don't have a lot to say about it, cause there is not a lot here. A fairly nondescript malty red ale. I guess not bad to drink, but Southern Yankee does a lot better.
