Poured from the crowler into a Spiegelau IPA glass. Canned February 15th.

Lather rich, off white to khaki light colored head, beaming at an easy three to four fingers. Supper creamy retention with excellent staying power, and milkshake like lacing. Body color is a classic dark yellow to light amber, with hints of orange, some edges of lemon yellow and just enough clarity to see some carbonation. Great looking IPA.

The hop aroma on this is exceptional. Great notes of spicy and floral hops, mixing with a tropical juicy quality. There's a sweet earthy quality to this as well, adding even more complexity and fun to dive into. Faint touches of sweetness, but it's all a hop bonanza and very enjoyable on the nose.

Palate is real solid. Light bodied, but with a surprising push of malt thickness that gives an excellent lift to the base flavors. Creamy sensing touches of light caramel with excellent orange and tropical mango like hop flavors. Finishes creamsicle like, with tones of spicy herbs and green chewy mint almost.

Another great IPA from the lab again.

16 oz can dated Jan 6th. 6 days old at time of review.

Hops: Mosaic, and I'm not sure what else.

After being majorly disappointed with the first beer I had from Astro Lab (No Mates: Citra) this is very welcome. Super fruity, slightly dank nose. Tropical fruits. Taste is very similar. Smooth, pleasant, exactly what you want in a New England IPA. I would definitely get this again.

At the silver springs tap room, this is a juicy neipa, moderately cloudy and peachy, pretty good use of mosaic that really brings the fruit, more tropical than citrus, but nothing too dank or ripe or bright or... (I think, though not much of the earthy edge it sometimes has), built well, body is moderate...not much bitterness or bite. ultimately, this is good and middle of the road in a crowded field. Would be happy to find it again, but wouldn’t go out of my way.

Pours a cloudy peach color with a diminutive head that musters up a lot of lace on the glass. The aroma is of tropical fruit, grapefruit and floral hops with a light malt backing. The taste is a wall of mango, passion fruit, guava and grapefruit with some herbal notes and a light, breast malt profile. The mouthfeel is medium bodied with moderate, prickly carbonation. The finish is highly bitterness with lots of tropical fruit.

A fantastic NE IPA with plenty of juicy hop character. A must try for hopheads.

Hazy yellow with an orange twinge, dense white head. Good retention, not much lace
Big aroma of mango, some peach, a little pine and musk
Mango and peach candy flavor. Not much of a bite on the finish.
Good mouthfeel and carbonation
Not really my thing, but it's what the punters want.
