IPA brewed by the women from the local DC Pink Boots chapter, celebrating International Women's Day and women in the brewing industry. With a blend of Idaho Gem, Azacca, El Dorado, and Loral hops made specially for the Pink Boots Society.

Poured from the can into a Spiegelau IPA glass.
Slightly opaque, with a sensing mix of amber and chestnut brown colors, mixing with hints of orange. Small forming three finger head, quite fine actually with a real creamy whipped up like appearance. Decent staying power, nice and bright white as well.
Holly molly this aroma is gang busters insanely good. Big giant juicy melon notes and huge gum drop sensing tropical fruit sweetness explodes off this. Giant blasting and aromatic, with a good thick almost punch the air quality. Wow a true hop heads delight, with a neutral malt and yeast palate that screams I will not stand in your way.
Palate is a bit different, not dramatically, but still stellar. Huge juicy fruit gum mouthfeel and flavor right off the first sip. Wonderful notes of great hop flavor and variety, melon, tropical mango, juicy tangerine orange with more of a white wine grape like sweetness. Mellow herbal just to kiss hints of light earthy soft tea with the tannic goodness to go with it.
By far the best beer I have ever had at Astrolab, has a West coast like character minus the appearances, but with a unique hop blend that so hits the right notes for me. I need more of this.
