Poured from the can into a Spiegelau IPA glass.
Heavy and thick cream foamed top, forming easily and rich right out of the can with a tall four finger controlled head. Spotted lacing as it settles slowly, with a body color of glowing dark lemon and opaque appearance. Quite nice looking.
Spicy and sweet nicely balance out the nose. Touches a bit of earth and sweet soil flavors, hinting to dank sweet smoke ever so slightly. Real nice subtle balance too, with a neutral malt and yeast profile as expected.
Palate is real nice and gives more goods. Juicy rich mouthfeel, hinting slightly tropical fruit. Spicy sweet buzz, almost peppermint like flavors in the mid palate. Hints also citrus warmth, with a real sweet mint quality, some zesty oils also.
Real nice ipa.
