Can an IPA be elegant? This year's anniversary beer is our quest to create a flavorful elegant IPA, invoked by the wonderful flavors of NZ sauvignon blanc.
We went large with Phantasm, derived from sauvignon grape skins from the famed wine growing region Marlbourough, and an all New Zealand Dry hop of Nelson Sauvin and Motueka to showcase the unique terroir of this region, Aoteroa, New Zealand.
Tropical notes of passionfruit, lime zest, gooseberry, mango and grape interplay on wonderful soft mouthfeel and a refreshing semi-dry finish.
