Hopped with a blend of Centennial, Citra, Mosaic and Riwaka to complement the massive DDH of Australian Enigma. Layers of raspberries and red currants along with citrus zest, peach rings and white grape rounded out by fresh cut, pine resin

Poured from the can into a Spiegelau IPA glass.
Surprisingly pale and hazy at the same time, not a turbid or opaque thick body, but gives to nice lemon and amber colors, with even some dark orange highlights. Classic thick white four finger tall head lifting high with a good island puck and lots of retention.
Aroma is nicel but kind of mellow. Soft hints of hop floral and herbal tones, maybe a hint of earth and dank but nothing large or outrageous. Fairly straightforward even kind of light I would say on the nose.
Palate gives a little bit more variety and pleasure. Soft hints of citrus and tropical notes, more towards orange fruit it seems in the mid palate. The body is a step up, which provides a nice hint of creamy texture with much more presence. That creamy quality translates into a light sweetness that hints of faint honey and mixing herbs for excellent balance.
Real nice dialed in IPA.
