Poured from the can into a Libbey style pilsner glass.
Beaming bright green and gold body color, with excellent clarity and a vibrant just about right amount of linear rising carbonation visible throughout the body. Head is capped fluffy and bright white, with a simple just over two fingers in height and creamy looking top. Excellent looking lager.
Malt aromas of light like pils and thick bread, with a little touch of sweetness. Simply clean with not much hinting estery or hinted hop profile. Comes off just as a simple good and solid basic lager aroma.
Palate gets it done. Creamy somewhat mouthfeel but does go back to lighter malt depth in mouthfeel. Good tasting pils and bready like malt flavor in the mid palate, and an almost touch of exotic herbal to fruit tinged hop flavor just sparingly. Mild astringency if at all, and clean finish, almost fruity hinting too which is a neat surprise. Excellent rich and bready flavors that are more dense than baked and dry.
For a light lager even below 4.5 this is incredibly well rich and full of flavor. Nicely done.
