Sampled on tap in the brewery's tasting room on February 23, 2019. The name may be changing but this is what they are calling it now.
Essentially a NEIPA with a cloudy looking golden-yellow pour with a modest white head and opaque clarity.
The aroma evolves. At first there is a downplayed grass and fruit character but it seems to build up more as it warms. Bread and barley grain malts too.
Medium and smooth body.
There is bread crust and fruit in the taste with a milder finish that others in its class.
