Can into Nonic Pint
Look: Muddy pastel grey-yellow, pouring a 1 finger head which slowly dissipated into some light lacing
Smell: Fresh pressed limes and fresh lime zest, sweet vanilla and honey with toasted graham cracker malts. Strong nose
Taste: Tart lime juice and some sweet vanilla. Fades way to some sweet graham crackers. The finish carries the nice toasty graham cracker and as it fades the lime zest comes in subtlety
Feel: Light-medium body, moderate carbonation with a smooth finish
Overall: Great brew, all the flavors of a key lime pie. Not too sour, not too sweet.
