Federation Brewing collaboration with Hella Coastal.
From the can "From the orchard to the lake, this saison, brewed with fresh chamomile flowers is exploding with peach and citrus notes and subtle peppercorn spice. This is the perfect spring time drink to roll thru and kick it with on a bike, or to cool you down on a sunny hike."
The beer is golden in color with a white head. Slight lacing occurs around the glass. Aroma is farmyard fresh, light funk. Lemon, chamomile, and a light spiciness. Flavor is slightly fruity; peachy with a grainy grass bill to round off the flavor. A drying finish. Alcohol is well concealed by the farmyard flavor. A great outdoor beer and pretty true to the style.
