Pours a pale, muddled yellow, clouded with a huge, pillory head.
Offers lovely aromas of unripe banana, wet grass and juicy pineapple, together with a peppery leaf quality. Packs an orange fruitiness atop, entangled into bread crust and kiwis.
Has a well balanced light body, with a gentle effervescence during its finish. Drinks truly easy and very refreshing.
Tastes of a soft, slightly estery, slightly tart yeast pillow, wrapping around orange zest, lime pulp and asian coriander. Develops a surprising flowery vanilla peak, evolving from the herb flavor, calmed by a subtle, well working tartness. Finishes lemony, with a stony mineralic quality to it, bready and smooth.
Great Saison, tasting very unique while wheiging in at an astounding low abv.
