Thanks to Harrison8 for this one, from the 2018 NBS Secret Santa mini-BIF. 12oz can poured into 14oz teku. Poured a bright, clean, clear honey-gold color with a tall, fluffy white head that had good retention and lacing.
Nice yeasty spice hits the nose first, with a solid grain background underneath. Pretty similar on the tongue, with the earthy grains being a bit more solid than the scent had prepared me for.
The body was, perhaps, a touch fuller than I prefer, but not to any detriment of the beer. The finish was medium dry, with a nicely lingering spiciness. Drinkability was very good, I woulda happily knocked back a couple if I could have. Overall, a very nice brew. certainly worth your time if you see it.

Pours straw in color with a light foggy suspension to it. Head is a finger in height and white in color. Aroma is yeast forward, with floral, spicy, herbal hops adding some zest. Flavor profile is floral, spicy, herbal hops with flavorful - but tame - yeast esters behind. Biscuity, bready malts and barley add a little further depth. Together it forms a lively profile. Mouth feel has a light fuzziness to it. Overall, flavorful, with tight tolerances making it very enjoyable.
