On draft at Apex. Poured a clear, golden amber color with a small, off-white head of foam. It left sudsy trails on the glass. It smelled of biscuity malt, toffee and caramel. Sweet caramel and toffee taste with a grassy bitterness.

Pours a translucent copper with two fingers of off-white foam. Head retention is good. Aroma is nutty, bready, caramely malts with a little sprig of toffee and caramel sweetness. Flavor profile is bready, caramely, nutty malts with spicy, zesty hops. Hints of toffee and chocolate add a little extra depth. Mouth feel is crisp with a medium-thin consistency. Overall, between the crispness and light, but sturdy flavor profile this is a reappy great sippable ESB.
