Citrus on the front end, bitter on the back. Made with Paradigm hops from our neighborhood hop grower. We donate an amount equal to 20% of sales of this beer to Kid's Food Basket, helping to care for those most in need.

On tap, not cask, unlike the others I tried at Brass Ring, featuring a new-to-me hop, Paradigm.
Pours a honeyed tan. Great lacing. Light aroma that surprises with a classic C hop profile on the sip. Bracingly bitter, in all the best ways.
