Thanks to Adrock314 for this one from his recent Can Cans BIF box. 16oz can (no date0 poured into14oz teku. Poured a fully murky dark yellow color with an inch of white head that had moderate retention and very light lacing.
The aroma had a big blast of hops, that featured a lemon-ish scent, and had a hint of light, earthy grains in the background.
Similar on the tongue, but the lemon aspect came across as a bit more artificial. Also, there was a slight cardboard component that really took away from the grains and hops.
The body was the typical light of the style, had a bit of a rough edge, and a medium finish.
Drinkability became a bit of a chore after about 8oz, the positives faded, and the negatives became more prominent.
Overall, a beer i found promising at the beginning soon fell off. Oh well, such is life.
