NEIPA brewed with Talus, Citra and Mosaic hops. It's also our second collaboration with Luis of Monochrome Brewing! This time, Luis was in charge of the grain bill and mashing, and Eric took the lead in hop selections and dry hop additions. The result is a beautifully juicy brew with notes of orange peels, pink grapefruit, and subtle pine. No Lactose.

A nice neipa, a little boozy since its a double and the hops had a little burn to it, but a week or so of age would likely boost this rating.
