poured from a growler I took home from the brewery
pours a clear yellow gold body with a fizzy white head that has low retention and leaves occasional streaks of lacing as it settles to a thin halo
aroma is floral peach, and bready honeyed malt with baking spices on the wings
taste is pretty close to peach cobbler with a little bit of earthy bittering
mouthfeel is light in carbonation and body, lightly crisp and clean throughout, if not a little watery feeling, with a slightly bitter earthy dry finish
overall:
an enjoyable front porch sipper that goes easy and has a clean run. this seems to have been a solid "peach" year in beer for me personally, so this one finds itself lower on that particular list, but is a solid brew out on it's own if I don't lean into past experiences.
