had on tap at the brewery 6/17/21; this is from my notes
pours an amber-orange body with a white foam head that has low retention and leaves no lacing behind as it settles to a pencil-thin halo
aroma is fruity hops with a side of grass
taste is mild, fruity hop situation that leans towards something vaguely resembling blueberry.
mouthfeel is mid-level carbonation with a mid-level body that feels thin at times with a watery consistency
overall:
pretty good low-grade IPA that nails the fruity but misses everything else. though, to be fair, I believe the intention was to create something resembling a low-ABV session'r mosaic IPA - and I'm not sure if this was made with Mosaic (meant to ask but forgot) but either way they totally nailed that assumed intention. would've loved to see this pushed into something heavier to compete with the big boys, but this is nice enough where it is I guess.
