VII is our original New England IPA that was tirelessly concocted (and tested) in a garage during home brewing days. Hazy, juicy, and slightly bitter; this IPA drinks smooth and citrusy. Generously hopped with Apollo, Citra, Vic Secret, and Simcoe.

Milkshake cloudy with an amber/dirty gold color. Fluffy head that recedes slowly to a film of bubbles. Good steaks of lace.
More malt than hop to the nose. The former is nearly dry with a light fully malted barley. Lightly creamy. The latter is a cross between fresh hop cone flowers and white pepper. Subtle but attractive.
Solid lightly toasted bread start. Moderate body and lower than average carbonation. The bittering hop spice comes in slowly with a very dry finish and peppery swallow. The bitterness grows initially in the aftertaste as the bread flavors fade quickly. Long and strongly bitter aftertaste.

Can in trade with tfontana, thanks again.
Murky lemon yellow color with a hint of gold, decent frothy white head that persists. Citrus orange lemony aroma and flavor with bits of pineapple and light earth. Faint bready caramel maltiness. One of the better haze bro beers I've had recently.
