An ever-changing Firkin-contained ale, brewed from hops and locally-grown ingredients. Matured in a cask from which it is freshly hand-pumped and served. For this reason, it’s impossible to add a set ABV.

Late “check-in” from late October 2018. Needed to wait for approval of NBC Sports Grill & Brew before being able to add this beer for a rating. Not sure why I went through all the trouble, as the beer was awful. A firkin contained blonde ale served at cask temp, this “allegedly” piña colada inspired ale turned out to be just an overly sweet citrus bomb. When in Rome, I suppose.
