An intensely rich classic style that captures the deep caramel flavors and wraps them in a warming alcohol blanket. Brewed very shortly after our grand opening and left to condition and mature for a year. Perfect for a cold night in front of the fire with your special someone.

On draft at Mackenzie. Poured a clear, burgundy color with a small, khaki-colored head of foam. It left sheets of lace on the glass. It smelled toffee, caramel, roasted malt and dark fruits. Boozy, with caramel, toffee, malt and dark, dried fruit. Mild bitterness.
