Pours a copper kind of color with an SRM that is generally a little darker than your average ipa, 1/2" white to off white head. Clarity sucks, is muddled/hazy or whatever adjective you prefer. Double dry hopped with mosaic and calypso, I'm just not getting it. Doesn't smell dry hopped, much less double, much less with Mosaic. Must be a super small "double" or this is just an old keg (but its at their brewery jeez I hope they go through this stuff quicker than that).
Taste is ok, there is a little bit of hops, but Mosaic, I'm still just not getting the most pungent hop possibly. . . low bitterness, low carbonation. Just not a lot of flavor. Nothing bad, just real marginal. I don't know how these beers are possibly going to contend with Revision in this neck of the woods. Maybe if English IPA makes a comeback, but that really seems out of the question.
