Golden like an ale but tastes like a stout, this bizarre malt beverage specialty with added lactose is hazy to the eye and milky smooth to the tongue. With Hub Coffee Roasters cold brew coffee, white chocolate noes and a heavy oat mouth, this concoction was made selfishly for us and our favorite beer enthusiasts.

Canned 10/22/2025. Poured at 51 degrees.
Look: A decent clear amber with a medium white head that has poor retention and leaves thin lacing. I was going rate it at 3.5 but I noticed that the can states “artificial color”. What is this? Pepsi?
Smell: Strong spiced hops. Very Maibock-esque.
Taste: Has some faint spiced hops present, but they are dominated by a repulsive honey and burnt caramel sweetness. Imagine something disgustingly cloying with a bit of cigarette butt.
Feel: Actually good if you can pinch your nose for a moment and ignore the taste. Medium bodied with medium carbonation.
Overall: I had previously been reluctant to try a beer from these seltzer sluts, and I’m definitely not anxious to try a second. This is a horrendous beer that grows increasingly vile with each sip. I obviously do not recommend this beer.

16oz can, adhesive label. Date stamp on label is '10/22/2025',
Slightly cloudy, deep gold colored body. One finger of white head with the pour becomes islands and a full ring. Leaves behind a few small lacing spots.
Aroma of dark roast coffee, with some chocolate and sweet lactose.
Taste is coffee with sugar, and a little cream. Flavors of dark roast coffee are in the majority, with other flavors of milk chocolate and milk sugar. All flavors blend and fade in the aftertaste.
More than medium mouthfeel. Smooth oat texture. Bitterness is present but greatly tempered by the sweet sugar. Good carbonation.
Expressive dark roast coffee is forced to blend with sweet milk sugar, along with chocolate, to bring sharp flavors into a positive synergy.

a blonde stout, served on nitro, coffee and white chocolate flavored, sweet and rich, but one of our collective favorite beers over our two visits to this rad little spot. looks awesome with the creamy and lasting thick white nitro head, they have their nitrogenation well dialed here. light copper color to this, taking some definite color from the coffee, but still looking insanely light for anything called a stout, this is the one beer trend that doesnt seem to ever quite die off. the nose on this is great, fresh coffee, not too roasted, new school in that way, could even be natural process beans, has that raisin earthy complex to it, and it comes through the paler malts really well, some complimentary earthy oat character gives this latte vibes to me, could be cocoa nibs in here, there is a rich almost buttery chocolate complexion, more of that as it warms too, brown sugar and toffee to top it off with the malt. the flavor is all of this but i love that its coffee first, the whole front end of this is all the java, no acid and low bitterness, real fresh and flavorful with definite chocolate notes, sweetness starts coming in the middle, and the lactose by the end seems unnecessary and i kind of wish it wasnt in here. the oats cream it up enough in body. white chocolate vibes for sure too, slightly oily perhaps, seems kind of long boiled and concentrated too on the malt, rich without being overly heavy. love the nitro for this too, its so creamy and churned up and silky feeling. really nice beer, sugar could be toned down a touch, but the coffee profile rules and overall this is killer. also neat alongside their coffee liqueur they make in here...

Look: looks like an amber and has specs of black in it - not sure what that is, the coffee I'm guessing?
Smell: sweet marchmellow/white chocolate, sweet cinnamon, malt, ambery,
Taste: smooth and creamy, I get the cinnamon, it's sweeter for sure - honeyish, coffee (very pleasantly so, not too soft, not overbearing)
Feel: medium full, very creamy feel
Overall: very interesting and in a good way!

My eyes are playing tricks! It looks like a really well poured IPA. It smells like strong coffee and peanuts, but tastes like an exceptional stout. It is rich and creamy with fantastic mouth feel. Perfect pour. Maybe a little over powering with the coffee smell, but the smell does not transfer across into the taste. Very enjoyable and very tasty.

One of the few White Stouts I've run across. Don't often describe a stout as refreshing, but found this to be a great transition beer from summer quencher to winter sipper. 10 Torr currently only produces this in the month of October.
As for 10 Torr, if you ever find yourself in Reno, check this bar/taproom out.....very fine and unique beers and spirits and everything they sell is produced on site.
