Poured an orange body with minimal head that died ASAP. Aroma has a smidge of yeast and and funk with touches of maltiness. Medium body, almost heavy, a lot sweeter to me than your normal saison as there is a candi sugar taste that borders on something like banana cream pie - hell, mostly the whipped cream on top), and then there's a smidge of bitterness that comes across like apple juice, Touch of hops on finish lead to crispness but not this is not your typical saison.
