From the 16oz can in a snifter. This very solid lager pours a
chill hazed golden with a very nice head of white clumping foam that
sizzles to a thick clumping layer, thick ring, and shows some nice lacing.
Nose of light citrus notes of lemon zest, subtle orange, and touches of
cereal grains with light lager yeast funk notes. Flavors follow but
exceed the nose by presentation with lemon zest, herbal hops,
subtle breaded malts, moderate grain notes, and nice honey
and caramel notes. Nice mouth feel; medium light body, smooth,
medium light carbonation, and a lightly dry herbal hop touched finish.
Overall-a SOLID American lager.
