Taster at Bingo. Hazy golden pour with thin, spotty white head. Bready aroma with a touch of lemon. Taste brings the lemon front and center, lightly wheat backbone

Good beer!! Packs a lot of flavor in a 4.4% .abv beer. Poured from a 16 oz can into a pint glass, this beer features a very pale gold color, a big frothy white head and patchy lacing on the glass. Head retention is pretty good - the big head fades but a covering of the glass remains throughout. Aroma and taste were very good, I noticed a lemony, citrus background, surprising bitterness and some yeasty "funk". A bit like a "saison light" but with some bitterness.
Overall a very tasty brew!!! Mouthfeel was light, crisp and somewhat bitter. A great session beer candidate and very good with food.

From the bottom of the can: "CANNED ON L4 06/08/2022 12:39:05"

Appearance: The body is very hazy and looks a lot like lemon jello in the glass, both in color and in transparency. The head is medium-sized, fluffy, and white. It has decent head retention but it recedes visibly. Spotty lacing.

Aroma: It has a somewhat spicy hop aroma with hints of bay leaf and a light souring fruit aroma. There is also a light cereal grain aroma to the beer but mostly the spicy hop character comes through. The aroma as a whole is very mellow.

Taste: Up front it has notes of black and white pepper with a touch of thyme and a light clove. Towards the back of the palate there is a lot of cedar, bay leaf, and bitter root character mixed with spicy hop notes. It has a bitter root, black pepper, and bay leaf aftertaste. It has a lot of flavor.

Mouthfeel: The body is on the lighter side and the bitterness is rather strong, especially for the beer that supports it.

Overall: It was an enjoyable beer. The can says that this is a "Grisette Ale with Hüell Melon & Mandarina Bavaria hops." It definitely delivers a lot of flavor characteristics which range from spicy, herbal, and earthy. While the beer does have a lot to offer it also felt exceedingly bitter at times. As a whole the beer was good but it wouldn't be something I would chill out with on a patio as indicated by the namesake and the lawn chairs on the label. I could still drink it again and I would recommend it but I would warn those who buy it that it is on the bitter side.
