Crisp, mineral and refreshing. Brewed with 33% natural Pino Noir grapes from Oregon. Fresh cherries dominate the flavor profile. Beware, you’ll never believe it’s 8.5%abv!

This beer is a fruity lambic type of beer, though it kind of alternated between being sweet and tart. Another person in my group sampled this beer and didn't care for it, but on the whole I thought it was pretty good. I wonder if Pinot Noir grapes were the right choice for this one, but I honestly don't know what a better option may have been - perhaps something a bit lighter? Interested to see if they keep this one on tap, since it appears to be a seasonal offering at this point.
