L:. Pours a darker burnished orange with a very small head and no lacing on the glass.
S:. Roasted bread, a slightly woodiness from the wormwood, sweet apple, some berry and white wine grapes. Gentle aroma but a lot going on.
T: Roasted bread, some apple, berry, a bit of sparkling wine grapes, light woodiness.
F:. Lower carbonation, light to medium body.
O:. This is an interesting floral saison.
