Pale golden colour with a very modest head of foam. It does have the typical barn smell i expect from a saison, albeit a tad weak. The taste is even weaker though. Flavours of yeast, pine, anice and grapefruit are present, but there are also some metallic and even urine notes. It seems a bit skunked, which probably turns the weak taste into a blessing in disguise. The entity is also too watery for my liking. It has the complexity, intensity nor balance to qualify this brew as a good saison.
