L:. Pours a clear pale straw yellow with a small white head and a few fingers of lacing on the glass.
S:. A slight hint of Brett and citrus, a small spice from the yeast but not much, light white wine grapes.
T:. Notes of Brett Funk, a tingly spice on the tongue. Somewhat spicy, a light bitterness. Some grape white wine barrel character but not too much.
F:. Dry and tingly carbonation.
O:. A fairly solid barrel aged beer.
