Poured at Patrick's in Clinton, Iowa.
Very decent pour. A slight haze. Mostly gold. A bit darker than a macro. Nice head.
Smells like Blonde Ale grains with the slightest hint of natural strawberry. Faint, but decent.
Tastes even lighter than it smells. Regular, weedy blonde ale malts along with the slightest hint of a strawberry. Nothing impressive at all, but there's nothing offensive, either.
Par for the course for a brewpub fruit beer. Drinkable, but nothing really worth drinking.

This is a unique strawberry fruite flavored blonde ale. The aroma was distinctly strawberry-y, as was the taste. It did come off with a somewhat juice-like character. In addition to the strawberrys, it also had a malty character. Little to no significant hop contribution to the flavor. It finished malty. It seemed like champagne with numerous tiny bubbles. It finished with a malty character. Even though the strawberry flavor dominated, I didn't find the beer to sweet to be drinkable.
