I think they do quite a good job with this German Pilsner. I’m no expert but I believe this is on style, oyster crackers/malty sweetness with lots of noble hoppiness. Maybe a bit too much bitterness. Lovely pale yellow, a bit hazy, great fluffy long pasty off-white head. If this beer is lacking for me it’s on the aroma, which off/slightly odd.
