Collaboration with Brockton Beer Company
L -- Opaque beet red body with 2.5 fingers of very faint pink head produced with moderate pour. Minimal retention and some lacing
S -- Strawberry jam, raspberry candy, cherry pie, vanilla yogurt, marshmallow. Smells kinda like those fruit yogurt cups you can buy at the grocery store
T -- Blackberry yogurt, toasted marshmallow, touch of lemony tartness and salinity. The kettle souring is very simple here -- tastes like a straightforward lacto addition
F -- Light mouthfeel, medium carb. Quite refreshing and drinkable
O -- I like the light toasty sweetness from the marshmallow. Decent brew but lacking much complexity
