Poured at fridge temp into a weizen glass
Pours a beautiful juicy haze with a pillowy white top that persisted the entire beer.
Very strong hop aroma, you can tell this is a DIPA. A touch of citrus sweetness can be found behind that hop mask.
Pithy citrus and strong hops but not too bitter dominate taste.
The triple oated body is extra smooth and soft and creamy. Truly a delight. Subtle boozy burn and lingering hop oils.
Overall a very pretty and aromatic beer that hits hard.
