Back in 2020, Kevin and the brew team hauled our koelschip out to his brothers pasture and set up what would be the first ever batch of spon beer… A spontaneously fermented ale with mature flavors, big notes of apricot and lemon. funky in all the right ways and a malt character that is soft and bready. While the natural terroir profile is sharp and citrus forward, there is subtle oak and a hint of spice.
