Hopped with Hallertau Blanc, Perle, and Saaz. Just the right amount of bitterness to balance out the noble hop flavor and aroma.

Light yellow pour, thin but steady head. Nose is light floral and herbal.

Taste is smooth Pils, herbal pop, light grassiness, floral. Mouthfeel is oily and zesty. Finish is medium herbal bitterness.

Grabbed a can of this after meeting Nick in the Dallas area and taking him here. Had two good rounds of flights first before walking out with a can of this, a Berliner Weisse that I loved and a barrel-aged stout. Untappd description online was “Our take on an Italian Pilsner. Hopped with Hallertau Blanc, Perle, and Saaz. Just the right amount of bitterness to balance out the noble hop flavor and aroma.”

Poured a medium yellow clear color with two fingers of frothy off-white head. Could see lots of bubbles coming up from the bottle and sides of the glass, kind of looking like a snow globe. Excellent uneven lacing. Outstanding retention. (Sight - 4.25)

Smelled grass, Kix cereal, sourdough bread, pear, hay, Saaz, black pepper, white cracker and hints of honey. Not quite as good out of the can. (Smell - 4.00)

Tasted almost as good as the nose. In order got Noble hops, Saaz, black pepper, hay, grass, Kix cereal, pear, apple, earthy pilsner malt, white cracker and hints of honey. (Taste - 4.00)

Medium body. Oily texture. Lively carbonation. Abrupt, earthy finish. (Feel - 4.50)

This was outstanding overall. Glad I grabbed a can. (Overall - 4.00)
