L- Pale color with heavy carbonation. Thick and strong two and a half to three fingered head.
S- Sweet and fresh grain, corn, toasted earthy and sweet barley, followed by biscuit, and slight floral hop notes.
T- Subtly sweet with notes of white pepper, followed by a pinch of earthiness. A note of sweet grain is there with a refreshing bitter bite towards the end. Subtle roasted character in the malt is present. Pretzel/cracker notes are there as well.
F-Fresh and light bodied with decent carbonation.
O- A well done and solid American lager by Celestial. This beer is the definitive example of "beer". When I think of beer in it's purest form, this is it. Nothing special, just really well made with solid ingredients. This is how an American lager should taste, and is what budweiser wishes it could be. Would have again.
