This is the taste of fall in a glass! A spiced fruit beer that starts with a sweet malt backbone, layered with rich flavors of brown sugar and vanilla. At first sip, notes of fresh Ohio apples from Rittman Orchards shine through, with each sip enhanced by hints of cinnamon and nutmeg—added late in the brew for a warm, comforting spice that’ll make you feel like sweater weather has arrived.
We used Omega Sundew Belgian yeast, known for its fruity esters, adding a subtle pear and apple aroma. And to take it to the next level? We blended it with cider from Rittman Orchards in the fermenter for that true farm-to-glass experience. Cozy, crisp, and undeniably autumn.
