A Brut Sour fermented dry with Champagne enzyme on top of pink guava and key lime. The pink guava is the first thing you smell and taste while the key lime rounds out the back with a a sweet lime flavor. This beer finishes dry and bubbly like champagne. Delicious on it's own, it also makes a great substitution for champagne in cocktails like a French 75!
