The old lady's a sucker for anything with passion fruit that actually tastes like passion fruit, and this hits the nail on the head. At the same time, it's a lighter, crisper brew than the Paleta next to it, bolstered by touches of cracker and mellowing guava.

Weirdly enough, we just had lunch at Patois and the toastiness actually reminds me of the buttery rich fried crackers they served with their fish dip. This isn't actually buttery, per se, but it does exhibit a richer sort of cracker all the same.
