Had a numerous amount of times at the brewpub.
The appearance had a deep copper color with a small cap of a little off white foamy head. Barely any lace.
The aroma had some crisp biscuity malts with dark and white toast, some light floral bitter hops and a touch of butter on the back end.
The flavor leaned into the malts most of the way and seemed to have a slight floral to buttery aftertaste.
The mouthfeel was about medium bodied with a fair sessionability about it. Slight carbonation and a decent ABV. Nice finish of malts and floral hops.
Overall, I'd say good enough for an ESB. I'd probably come back to this.
