Fuacata is a slightly tart ale aged on local mango and passionfruit resulting in a vibrant orange in color, agua fresca-like beer with big fruit flavor, light carbonation, and dangerously easy drinking.

Taste is delicious fresh mango puree and pale wheat malts with a hint of Lacto funk and some mildly tart notes of passionfruit. Not sour, easy to drink/session, super juicy mouthfeel, smooth semi-dry finish. Very refreshing.
