Honey Kolsch: Additions of wheat malts and 60lbs of local wildflower honey lend a subtle sweetness on the finish. Mt.Hood, Liberty, and Tettnanger, blend perfectly to reveal aromas of honeysuckle, mandarins, and spice.

I had this beer on-tap in an IPA glass at the brewery in Aberdeen.

Appearance: pale golden hue with a dash of haze and a thin finger of ivory foam atop.

Smell: lightly sweet malt with a little bit of crackery character and a smooth yeastiness. I quite like it.

Taste: like the aroma, a sweetish crackery malt, with a little noble hop character and a balanced bitterness. A solid Kölsch.

Mouthfeel: medium body with a good level of carbonation and creaminess.

Overall: a tasty and eminently drinkable Kölsch. Nice!
